Grace O’Malley Rum Cask Whiskey is a special blend in which several Whiskey batches with different ages of up to ten years are combined in order to achieve the perfect balance of fruitiness, age character, complexity and suppleness. This special blend, unique in Ireland for its high content of double-distilled malt, is refined in Caribbean-aged rum barrels in order to achieve an extra rich flavour.

NOSE

Shows a great fruity character with hints of toffee, ripe banana and tropical fruits

PALATE

Creamy start with a fusion of aromas of roasted grain and notes of fruit compote

FINISH

Long and sweet with persistent rum notes

Dark Char Cask

Grace O’Malley Dark Char Cask Whiskey is a special blend in which several Whiskey batches with different age statements of up to ten years are combined in order to achieve the perfect balance of fruitiness, age character, complexity and suppleness. This special blend, which is unique in Ireland due to its high content of double-distilled malt, is finished in charred bourbon barrels made of American oak for a special softness and a long, sweet finish.

NOSE

Coffee, bourbon vanilla, chocolate milk, roasted wheat, caramel candy

PALATE

Medium-bodied with complex aromas of dried fruit and layers of oak
