The way we distil our award-winning gin is different to other gins on the market. We use a two-stage distillation process to extract the maximum possible flavour from our unique blend of 14 botanials.
Firstly we distil the gin in a classical way with half of our botanicals, which include Juniper Berries, Coriander, Heather Angelica, Orange peel and lemon; then contrary to almost every other gin, we slowly macerate the additional botanicals for 3 days. They are distilled in partial vacuum in order to grasp most of the essential oils and to preserve the flavour of the botanicals.
